w3p is een cloud-based software voor grafische designers, web designers, reclame bedrijven, printers en leveranciers. W3p heeft modules om online te verkopen, websites te creëren en eigen web-to-print portals voor eindklanten te maken met w3client, een eenvoudige maar krachtige back-office oplossing voor order management.

w3p is cloud-gebaseerde Software-as-a-Service. Wij hosten op onze servers en beheren back-ups, onderhoud en contingentie. Alles wat u en uw klant nodig heeft werkt in een moderne webbrowser.

Geen probleem. w3client en w3shop zijn beide responsieve, zodat ze prachtig werken op mobiel, tablet en desktop. Als het gaat om het bewerken templates, hebben we drie oplossingen ingebouwd – een HTML5-template-editor voor de moderne desktop browsers, een Flash-editor voor oudere browsers en een touch-geoptimaliseerde template-editor voor iPad en tablets. Afhankelijk van welk apparaat de klant gebruikt, zullen we de meest geschikte editor automatisch weergegeven.

Als u een item bestelt van Marqetspace, Wij hebben een on-time leveringspercentage van 99,8%, dat is stijging van 0,1% ten opzichte van vorig jaar. Dit jaar is Marqetspace vastbesloten de service nog beter te maken. Als dit niet lukt, is er een vooraf bepaalde schaal van vergoeding opgesteld dat de primaire verlies en administratieve lasten weerspiegelt.

Om de beste waarde uit het systeem te krijgen, bijvoorbeeld online client portals, wil je de input van uw klantgegevens. Voor alle duidelijkheid, alle client data en dergelijke op het systeem door w3p partners ingevoerd, blijft het exclusieve eigendom van de partner.

Nee w3p is een web-to-print, workflow, proofing, preflighting en bestelling gerichte softwareoplossing. Tuurlijk, het is gemaakt door printing.com en Nettl franchises en andere partners op internationaal niveau, maar de w3p formule is beschikbaar om uw manier te gebruiken, met uw merk, uw productie en uw leveranciers, zonder lange termijn verplichtingen.

Ja, dat is wat w3shop en w3client modules van w3p doen. U kunt zelf eigen logins opzetten voor al uw klanten of microsites voor grotere accounts. Of met w3shop, kunt u een openbare webwinkel opzetten.

Presently w3p is configured to work with Stripe, Buckaroo, PayU, WorldPay and PayPal with whom we have negotiated very preferential rates for our partners. If you don’t already have a merchant account, then Stripe allows you to take credit and debit card payments almost immediately, without any setup fees or monthly charges – you just pay as you go.

All the prices for the use of w3p are set out here. There are no other costs, but you will need a copy of Adobe InDesign if you want to build templates, however this is not required if you are only receiving template orders.

As well as the tactical training we provide on webinars, we provide strategic training, delivered regionally. This includes selling to larger companies and managing larger accounts. Terms of engagement, service level agreements, along with presentation skills are covered.

w3p is a division of Grafenia plc (formerly printing.com plc) that makes the software. printing.com, a division of Grafenia plc sell mainly through franchised resellers, but operate a small number of printing.com outlets themselves which are used to pioneer and develop the formula. Grafenia also operate Flyerzone.co.uk and Marqetspace.com, which are both running on the w3shop platform.

Just yours. This is designed to be ‘white label’. During a formal tender process (with a large company or public sector) if it assists you (and subject to our consent) then you may disclose the Marqetspace relationship allowing you to cite Marqetspace’s ISO9000, 14000 and FSC registrations.

Fees and system charges are charged monthly by direct debit. Payment terms will be offered depending on status.
